Neema Sisters Women Group is a community-focused organisation committed to empowering women and girls, promoting gender equality, strengthening livelihoods and supporting inclusive community development.
From friendship to a shared purpose.
The Neema Sisters Women Group was formed in 2021 by former classmates who shared a desire to economically empower one another through merry-go-round and table banking.
What began as an effort to support one another grew into a wider commitment to giving back to society and making a meaningful difference in the community.
Neema Sisters seeks to create opportunities for women and girls while supporting communities to participate in positive and sustainable development.
Our work is grounded in participation, empowerment, equality and the belief that communities are strongest when people have the opportunity to contribute to shaping their own future.
